About The Position
Genesis10 is seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a 12+ month contract position with a global financial institution. The role is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, or Plano, Texas, and involves facilitating Agile methodology and activities for a high-complexity project. The Scrum Master is responsible for end-to-end project management and delivery, leading the project team's work, and removing impediments to ensure successful delivery of the project solution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
- Experience with Jira.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope.
- Lead daily Scrum meetings and partner with the product owner to lead the team.
- Remove impediments to the team's ability to deliver and focus on the team's activities and progress.
- Manage the timeline and budget/expenses; obtain and align resources to key project roles; and establish clear responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Oversee, manage, and lead project execution, integration, and implementation.
- Manage risks and plan mitigation.
- Manage readiness, change adoption, and stakeholders.
- Ensure applicable change requirements are satisfied as part of quality assurance; act as the primary project point of contact and integration lead.
