About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a hybrid position (3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution. This role involves managing complex technology programs, such as cloud transformation and network modernization, in a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering infrastructure initiatives using Agile and hybrid methodologies, managing cross-functional dependencies, and reporting to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training
• Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles
• Proven track record delivering large scale or enterprise initiatives
• Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud, and AI technologies
• Experience with niche technologies (e.g., Automation, Terraform, network, hosting, mainframe)
• Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments
• Delivery & Methodologies: Program and project management across multiple initiatives and delivery stages
• Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe / scaled Agile concepts
• Hybrid delivery models (Agile and Waterfall)
• Tools & Reporting: Jira, Jira Align, Agile View, Confluence, Wiki
• MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
• Dashboarding and executive level delivery reporting

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering)
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Operate within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
• Lead work in matrixed and/or global environments
• Manage and deliver complex technical solutions across multiple teams
• Handle portfolio, program, and project financial management
• Oversee risk, audit, and compliance delivery (SIAIs, MRAs, RIAIs)
