About The Position

HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company, is seeking an Agile Scrum Master I to lead the implementation and adoption of Agile methodologies within the Digital Office. This role involves managing strategic digital projects, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing obstacles for teams, and acting as a change agent for digital transformation. The Scrum Master will coach employees and leaders on Agile principles, monitor team performance, and partner with leaders to align initiatives and resources with organizational objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Nice To Haves

  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and adoption of Agile methodologies across the Digital Office, establishing Agile frameworks, processes, and best practices.
  • Partner with leaders to drive organizational alignment and successful transformation.
  • Manage strategic digital projects from initiation through completion, including project planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery of business objectives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring teams remain focused, engaged, and aligned with project goals.
  • Identify and remove obstacles that may impact team performance, proactively addressing challenges and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a change agent for digital transformation by coaching employees and leaders on Agile principles, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and effective ways of working.
  • Monitor Agile team performance through key metrics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, and project outcomes.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives, align resources, and ensure Agile practices support overall organizational objectives.
