Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in traditional Project Management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Advanced time management and analytical skills, with the ability to scope projects effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, MS Project, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including IT teams, business partners, and external vendors.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project implementation.

Nice To Haves

• PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage diverse IT projects, encompassing infrastructure, application development, mobile technology, and software implementation, from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the agency to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Employ advanced analytical skills to address complex, sometimes ambiguous challenges, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to successful completion.
• Navigate political and corporate structures adeptly, while fostering positive team dynamics and developing executive-level communications.
• Maintain flexibility and agility in responding to planned and unplanned activities, ensuring delivery and adherence to commitments.
• Work independently on assignments, while actively engaging as a collaborative member of the departmental team.
• Provide clear and concise project status updates to senior management, facilitating informed decision-making.
