Agile Product Portfolio Delivery Lead
About The Position
The Agile Product Portfolio & Delivery Lead supports the modernization and continuous improvement of delivery practices across ETS by helping drive Lean Agile and SAFe-aligned ways of working. This role partners with product, project, and technology teams to improve delivery execution, strengthen portfolio visibility, standardize reporting, and promote outcome-based delivery practices across the organization. The position plays a key role in coaching teams through Agile transformation efforts, supporting product-centric operating models, and helping establish scalable governance and delivery standards. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, this role helps improve transparency, delivery predictability, prioritization, and value realization across initiatives and value streams.
