The environment is a fast-paced collaborative team spanning multiple locations. You would be one of multiple Product Owners supporting a cross functional discipline team. The new Product Owner will define and prioritize the product backlog, align stakeholder goals, and guide development teams to deliver high‑value features on schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science with 8+ years of software development experience; 6+ years with a Master's; or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at time of application.
  • 5+ years professional development experience.
  • Firm understanding of version control using Git and workflows on platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
  • Demonstrated success with Agile processes.
  • Experience with Containerization, Kubernetes, and/or Helm charts
  • Experience with Atlassian tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the decomposition of software requirements
  • Experience debugging code and conducting code peer reviews
  • Able to motivate a large agile team that supports multiple products
  • Able to handle prioritization with requests coming from multiple customers
  • Proven history of delegation
