About The Position

The Agile Product Owner is a member of the Agile leadership team and serves as the functional and/or client or business representative for a project or set of projects within a market focus. The role acts as a proxy and decision point for Product Management, representing stakeholder needs throughout the project lifecycle and helping teams deliver solutions that address business problems and provide value to end users, sales, and marketing. The position translates features and product backlogs into user stories and acceptance criteria, manages backlog ranking and prioritization, and communicates stakeholder needs so delivery meets contractual requirements, acceptance criteria, quality and performance expectations, service-level commitments, and process-compliance guidelines. The Product Owner maintains the solution vision, roadmap, backlog, and release plan; collaborates with teams and the business to identify and plan solutions; and participates in sprint activities to present work, clarify requirements, and review and accept or reject results. This is a hybrid position requiring associates to work in-office 1–2 days per week. Candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance of the posting locations unless an accommodation is granted. If assigned to a Government Business Division entity, the role may be designated sensitive and subject to additional requirements, such as more frequent background checks or government clearances, role-specific training, monitoring, and sensitive-data handling instructions.
