In this role, you will support organizational goals and objectives by leading Product Owners across a complex, cross‑divisional train (team of teams) delivering initiatives such as new administration platforms, enterprise software solutions, infrastructure and new product development or implementations. This role serves as the Product Manager for the ART (Agile Release Train), team of teams, fostering strong, collaborative partnerships with Agile Program Manager(s), System Architect(s), Business Owners, Customers, and Product Owners to translate ideas into a consistent and sustainable flow of business value. You will partner closely with the Agile Manager to ensure alignment with Agile practices and ways of working. You will coach teams in an inclusive manner that encourages creativity, continuous improvement, and the application of effective problem‑solving techniques across both Agile and non‑Agile topics.
