About The Position

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Agile Developer III to join our team! Responsibilities depend on experience level. Typical duties include: Execute test plans consisting of manual and automated test cases; report status and results of test execution Analyze system requirements, system descriptions, and concept of operations documents to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures Prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis Work with other test organizations to support test and evaluation program integration

Requirements

• 9 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience
• An active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last seven (7) years
• Bachelor’s degree in a science, math, or engineering field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, TestRail / SynapseRT)
• Familiar with basic Linux tools
• Web browser-based testing tools (Playwright, Selenium, etc.)
• Other test tools (Cucumber, Gherkin, JMeter, Swagger, etc.)
