About The Position

Seeking an Agile Coach/RTE to join their Value Management Office (PMO) within their Applications IT organization. You will be the PMO contact supporting the ServiceNow Platform team, which consists of 5-7 sub-teams, some of which are offshore. These teams have a base level of practical agile knowledge and have completed foundational courses. Initially, you will act as an agile coach, meeting the teams at their current level and providing coaching. Executive leaders over this organization are also not agile experts and will require coaching. The expectation is not to implement a rigid approach as an RTE from the start, but rather to begin as an agile coach and transition into the RTE role over 3-6 months as appropriate. The goal is to build a strong partnership with the ServiceNow team and remain engaged as their RTE for years to come. It is possible to consult with other teams on the apps side in the future, but the primary focus will be supporting ServiceNow.

Requirements

Agile coaching experience
Experience with Safe Agile
Release Train Engineer experience
Familiarity with ServiceNow
Experience in platform management
Experience in shared services
Experience working with ServiceNow Devs and Admins
Experience in a large complex environment

Responsibilities

Provide agile coaching to the ServiceNow Platform team, meeting them at their current level of understanding.
Coach executive leaders on agile principles and practices.
Transition into the role of Release Train Engineer (RTE) after 3-6 months, as appropriate.
Build a strong relationship with the ServiceNow team and maintain long-term engagement as an RTE.
Potentially consult with other teams on the apps side in the future.
