Titan Florida, LLC has an immediate opening for a Truck Driver for our Pennsuco Quarry Aggregates Division in Medley, FL. This wage non-exempt position is assigned to the Quarry Department and will report to the Quarry Manager or leadman.

Requirements

Safety conscious at all times for the protection of self, team members, and community.
Excellent communication skills with professional decorum, oral and written.
Ability to work well with others. Easy to supervise.
Basic knowledge in equipment operation.
High School Diploma or GED.
Able to see, hear, walk, kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Maintain a current Florida Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of material specifications, preferred.
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform all required safety checks and follow all safety rules, regulations and actively participate in the Safety Committee meetings.
Operate the equipment safely and efficiently to maintain production standards, always looking for ways to be more productive.
Ability to recognize when machine is not working correctly and react accordingly.
Perform a pre-operation inspection on equipment.
Fill out all required paperwork.
Drive defensively while working and moving material to Primary.
Communicate with the Primary Tower Operator, Loader Operators and Quarry Manager.
Keep equipment clean and safe.
Clean with a shovel, water hose, etc. when the primary or truck is down.
Assist maintenance department as needed when equipment is down for repairs.
Willing and able to task train on various equipment.
