About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Heidelberg Materials is seeking motivated, high-potential individuals to join our Aggregates Management Trainee Program. This 18-24 month developmental program is designed to provide hands-on experience, operational exposure, and leadership development opportunities across our aggregates business. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of quarry operations, production, maintenance, sales, logistics, safety, and business management while building a foundation for future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key functional areas of the aggregates business to develop a broad operational understanding.
• Partner with leaders and teams to support safe, efficient, and productive quarry operations.
• Analyze operational data and contribute to process improvement initiatives that drive business results.
• Participate in leadership development, training programs, and cross-functional projects.
• Build relationships across the organization while developing the skills needed for future management opportunities.
