Requirements

Prefer a CDL or can obtain one
Answer phones in a courteous, professional manner
Computer and Data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
Experience with high call volume - up to 100 calls per day
Ability to prioritize and problem solve quickly in real time situations
Experience with Aggregate

Responsibilities

Dispatch dump trucks
Schedule drivers with respect to seniority and hours worked
Take and schedule orders
Order materials
Oversee drivers
Schedule and arrange drivers for various required training, testing, and reviews
Keep records of driver attendance and coaching
Keep records and report driver injuries and accidents to appropriate parties
