About The Position

The Aggregate Dirt Crew Operator performs general labor at aggregate plants and operates heavy equipment, primarily articulated haul trucks, as well as excavators and dozers. The role requires travel to IMI aggregate and/or concrete plants throughout Indiana. The operator also maintains equipment and performs general service, including fueling and greasing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Heavy equipment operation experience.
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to travel to IMI aggregate and/or concrete plants throughout Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety in all work environments and areas.
• Perform general labor at aggregate plants.
• Operate heavy equipment, primarily articulated haul trucks, as well as excavators and dozers.
• Travel to aggregate and/or concrete plants throughout Indiana.
• Maintain equipment and perform general service, including fueling and greasing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
