Agg Utility
About The Position
The Agg Utility position involves performing clean-up duties at the Agg plant, operating a loader and skid steer, greasing belts, moving belts, and conducting general preventative maintenance activities such as lubrication and inspection. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor or manager. The role requires completing safety, health, and task training, meeting employment requirements, and reading operator's manuals. The employee will fill out simple reports like pre-shift inspection forms, follow oral and written instructions, and handle simple problems in standardized situations. Knowledge of machine mechanics and relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory knowledge is necessary. The position also involves safely completing assigned training and meeting performance standards set by the supervisor.
