About The Position

monday.com is seeking an Agentic Partner Growth Manager, CRM to own the recruitment and growth of the North American partner ecosystem for monday CRM. This role involves identifying and signing RevOps agencies, onboarding them onto the monday CRM platform, and managing ongoing partner relationships to drive pipeline. The primary focus will be on qualifying and closing inbound partner applications, with outbound recruiting, referrals, and personal network utilization as supplementary strategies. The day-to-day responsibilities include identifying target agencies, conducting partner discovery calls, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing an active portfolio of partners through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and deal support. This role will collaborate closely with the Agentic Services Lead and GTM Engineer to ensure rapid activation of newly signed partners. The position also involves building foundational processes and playbooks for the CRM partner motion in North America and experimenting with AI-driven workflows in recruitment and partner management.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or partnerships, with a track record of qualifying and closing inbound applications and running outbound when needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and close partnership agreements with professional services firms.
  • Deep curiosity for the AI ecosystem; ability to build with AI tools and speak fluently to partners about the future of AI-powered CRM.
  • Comfortable building in a fast-moving environment where the market is still taking shape.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit high-fit North American RevOps agencies, using monday's own agentic CRM platform as the primary recruiting engine.
  • Own the full recruitment funnel from initial prospecting through signed partnership agreements.
  • Carry a partner-sourced pipeline number, owning the top of the funnel and the partners signed.
  • Build foundational processes and playbooks for the CRM partner motion in North America.
  • Experiment with and build AI-driven workflows into recruitment and partner management processes.
  • Identify target agencies.
  • Run partner discovery calls.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Manage an active book of partners through QBRs and deal support.
  • Work closely with the Agentic Services Lead and GTM Engineer to move newly signed partners through activation quickly.
