Our marketing team already runs on AI. Now we're looking for someone to take it further — from AI-assisted to agent-operated. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, we're hiring an Agentic Operator to design, run, and improve AI agents that handle marketing workflows across content, lead enrichment, campaign operations, and growth experimentation. This isn't a coding role. You won't build agents from scratch — you'll configure them using different platforms and prompt engineering, so they run reliably at scale. You're the operator who turns "this should be automated" into "this is automated, monitored, and getting better every week."
