Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. The Agentic Experience Specialist will play a key role in driving Apple Store Online’s most innovative expansion opportunities as we re-imagine our platform strategy and ensure we meet customers across new AI-powered touchpoints. In this exciting future-oriented role you will help ASO ideate, launch, and manage premium Only at Apple experiences that leverage natively integrated, deeply personalized, and multi-modal capabilities. This analyst will oversee ongoing performance and behavioral analysis for new generative, on-device experiences and their growth, uncovering commercial and customer insights and leading operational and executive storytelling. You will represent customer and business points of view in diverse-cross functional forums as you prioritize and drive tangible experience optimizations. As we bring new conversational on-device experiences to life, you will oversee experience and operational analysis for the business. From coordinating and helping plan for qualitative research and usability studies, to assessing detailed quantitative metrics and results, you will play an integral role in the full product development lifecycle and steering us to achieve our agentic goals.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of work experience in a business analytics or insights focused position.
  • At least 1 year in an e-commerce, retail, or customer experience organization or role.
  • Established track record of leveraging cutting-edge AI tools in daily ways of working to streamline and up-level outputs.
  • Demonstrated analytical, measurement, or reporting experience, including uncovering insights or root causes to identify clear takeaways and make data-driven decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working on at least one significant customer-facing generative AI-powered experience or tool.
  • Experience in, deep knowledge of, and passion for technology trends such as AI, as well as the global retail and/or e-commerce B2C industry.
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of business analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau, advanced Excel).
  • Program manager skills, including prior history of overseeing, organizing, and driving a complex and cross-functional initiative with multiple work streams.
  • Experience building collaborative bridges and fostering relationships with global teams.
  • Flexibly adapting to feedback.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, or equivalent.
  • Presenting to various levels of leadership.
  • Proven history of proactively problem solving amidst ambiguity with a bias for action.
  • Resourceful and maintaining close attention to details.
