This position is responsible for supporting the ASB Life Agents through backoffice case design support and field training requests. Drive to increase issued sales by custom designing Life Insurance packages for the clients’ specific needs and educating the agents on Life products and best practices. Key Goals: 1. Help improve the challenges with existing submitted to issue ratios. Improve the percentage gap between the number of applications submitted and applications issued by designing strong LIFE packages. 2. Increase sales in Life Insurance to the Senior Market through educating the agents on key products via virtual and face to face. Educate advanced agents to look for opportunities to market these the ‘second to die spouse’ products.
