Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation materials control.
  • Familiarity with certification and airworthiness requirements for aviation materials.
  • Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Airport Security Clearance (RAIC) and airside driver’s permit.
  • Physically capable of loading and unloading shipments.
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Leadership qualities and experience supervising or mentoring team members.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Nice To Haves

  • Flexible schedule; may include 5-5-4 rotation (day/night shifts) or Monday–Friday day shift.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to northern locations.

Responsibilities

  • Support, mentor, and assist junior Stores Agents to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive incoming parts, verify quantities, inspect condition, and confirm certification documentation.
  • Prepare outbound shipments with proper packing and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the WINAIR and D365 database.
  • Review parts picklists and update the database system (WINAIR, D365) as required.
  • Review documentation for unserviceable parts to ensure completeness and compliance.
  • Process unserviceable materials.
  • Coordinate and expedite shipments and pickups.
  • Issue and re-stock parts required for maintenance and operations.
  • Assist with urgent Aircraft on Ground (AOG) service requirements.
  • Review and process dangerous goods shipments to ensure shipments meet DG requirements.
  • Review and assist with Calibration and shelf-life sensitive reports.
  • Perform other tasks assigned to support departmental and company objectives.
