Position available: Agent Services Representative (Agent Assistant) Status: Full-time, exempt Manager: Agent Services Supervisor Location: Hendersonville(home office), also assisting agents in Brevard, Lake Lure, and Saluda. Are you ready to be an essential part of supporting highly productive brokers at Howard Hanna Beverly-Hanks Real Estate? We seek a dedicated Agent Assistant to support a real estate broker's daily operations. This role involves diverse responsibilities, including database management, electronic form completion, transaction management, listing coordination, market research, ordering and coordinating marketing materials, property signage delivery, client and attorney communication, and assisting with paperwork processing. We're looking for a self-motivated individual with advanced computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Non-competing Role: Rest assured, this is a non-competing role, meaning you won't be engaged in real estate brokerage activities such as listing and selling properties, but you will provide transaction support and coordination that leads to successful closings.

Requirements

  • Completed college-level coursework
  • Experience in the real estate field
  • Active North Carolina Real Estate license
  • Progressively responsible experience from a professional real estate office setting
  • Background as a real estate assistant
  • Background as a high-level administrative assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Professional-level organization and multitasking
  • Personal accountability and motivation for career development
  • High discernment in handling confidential information
  • Working knowledge of real estate forms for completion
  • Familiarity with Real Estate, Google Drive, Skyslope, MLS Systems, CRM programs, and Moxi
  • Willingness to learn new programs and systems
  • Team player with a quick learning ability, efficiency, and ability to work under pressure
  • High level of customer service skills/experience
  • Solid work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Advanced computer skills
