About The Position

Responsible for meeting with clients and prospects to evaluate health and financial risks and enroll them in plans that help protect their assets, providing educational or point of sale documents, and is a liaison between carriers and clients. Let’s talk job responsibilities: Consult with prospects and clients on health-related products and services to provide the best solutions for their health and financial well-being via outbound and Inbound calls Aid customers in the enrollment process while answering any questions about insurance coverage Prospect for new clients with leads provided Answer questions for the clients specific to service inquiries and resolving problems, by responding orally, virtually, and or in writing Able to navigate the Web and provide web-based documents to clients as needed Provide input and support on new product and sales processes Participation in Team and Individual Meetings Have strong communication skills and great work ethic Perform other duties as assigned Your experience and skills: High School degree or equivalent 0-2 years of relevant experience Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written Excellent Customer service skills Organized and can prioritize tasks; multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as part of a team and independently Must possess proficient computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Window-based applications Active Life and Health license About Integrity Integrity is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products. Requirements
