The Agent Reservations and PBX is responsible for receiving in bound phone calls and booking future guest reservations and answering phone calls from in-house guests. Agent is responsible for handling guest requests in accordance to brand and service standards. The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this class and are not all inclusive for specific positions. Provide superior service to guests. Assist guests with inquiries regarding room and/or dinner reservations. Book guest room reservations. Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate line. Assist guest with wake up calls. Dispatch the bell desk and engineering using a radio. Assist the front desk with their calls. Work in conjunction with the Casino Marketing Team regarding their events and promotions. Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job The Reservations & PBX Agent performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and assumes other responsibilities, duties, tasks and assignments that contribute to the mitigation or response to any public health emergency. Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
