Recruit and engage agents to work with and grow their business with Senior Marketing Specialists. Learn from working with a close-knit team of mentors within the department. Requirements

• Recruitment background preferred
• Strong Initiative/self-starter
• Work well as a member of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills (typing, Microsoft office, etc.)
