Requirements
- Validation of measurement and assembly compliance.
- Precision and analysis.
- Communication in English, French (an asset).
- Knowledge of measurement tools and means.
- Computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- General knowledge the product.
Responsibilities
- Visually inspect parts
- Performs controls (dimensional, geometric, physical, etc.) to demonstrate product compliance with specifications.
- Write parts inspection reports.
- Write reports of non-compliance when necessary.
- Makes sure to use calibrated measuring instruments.
- Calibrate measuring instruments when required.
- Offering technical support in metrology to production.
