About The Position

The Agent Licensing & Contracting Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of Contracts initiated by agents/agencies and sales directors. This role is worked onsite daily 8AM - 5PM ET (with one hour lunch break) at our location in Saint Albans, WV. Remote work is not an option. Candidates living in Charleston, WV and Huntington, WV will find this jobsite commutable.

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Insurance Contracts and levels a plus
2+ of administrative experience preferred
1+ of Contracting/ Insurance experience preferred
Prior experience with data collection research and analysis strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from Insurance contract request, maintaining, and up until contract termination
Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and agencies ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs proactively.
Ensuring strict adherence to contracting regulations, procedures, source selection criteria, and procurement laws.
To ensure levels are entered and assigned correctly for payment.
