Requirements

• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Confidence with outreach and presenting solutions to clients
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Grow new business by prospecting, networking, and following up on leads
• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Sell and cross-sell a variety of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Build relationships with clients through excellent service and regular policy reviews
• Track sales metrics and use agency resources to achieve performance goals
• Participate in training sessions, coaching, and continuous learning initiatives
