Requirements

  • Proven sales hunter: 1+ year in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Elite communication and negotiation skills
  • Fearless when making outbound calls, persistent in closing deals
  • Eager to learn, open to feedback, coachable
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred or ready to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a major plus

Responsibilities

  • Ignite business growth by finding prospects, initiating high-volume outreach, and converting leads into new policies
  • Drive revenue by consulting with clients, identifying their needs, and recommending smart coverage solutions
  • Master the sale and cross-sale of a full suite of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
  • Build durable client relationships with ongoing assistance and strategic policy reviews
  • Consistently achieve—and exceed—aggressive sales targets
  • Stay sharp on all product updates and compliance requirements
  • Maximize CRM tools to pipeline, follow up, and close sales efficiently
  • Energize team strategy sessions to sharpen agency sales performance
