About The Position

We are looking for bilingual Property and Casualty Insurance Agents for our next cohort starting September 8, 2026. Working at Beneva means contributing to giving insurance its primary meaning: the human element. By becoming a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent, each day is an opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients. You must be available on a variable work schedule, working 2 to 3 evenings per week (evenings end at 8 p.m. at the latest), as well as one Saturday every four weeks on a rotating basis.

Requirements

Attestation of college studies in insurance or a college diploma in financial services and insurance for new graduates who have passed the property and casualty insurance exams, we offer you the opportunity to complete your internship to obtain your property and casualty insurance agent license.
Hold a valid Property and Casualty Insurance Agent certificate issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers.
Mastery of the French language, both oral and written, as well as advanced mastery of the English language, both oral and written, due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers, or to meet the company's growth objectives.
Successful completion of an English test is required for employment.

Responsibilities

Respond to calls and advise clients regarding Beneva's auto and home insurance products.
Sell and promote our auto, home, and legal protection insurance contracts.
Develop privileged relationships with our clientele by offering personalized and caring service.
