About The Position
We are looking for bilingual Property and Casualty Insurance Agents for our next cohort starting June 15, 2026. Working at Beneva means contributing to giving insurance its primary meaning: the human element. By becoming a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent, each day is an opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients. You must be available for a variable work schedule of 2 to 3 evenings per week (evenings end at 8 p.m. at the latest), as well as one Saturday every four weeks on a rotating basis. You will find fulfillment in the following functions: Responding to calls and advising clients on our auto and home insurance products offered by Beneva. Selling and promoting our auto, home, and legal protection insurance contracts. Developing privileged relationships with our clientele by offering personalized and caring service.
Requirements
- Attestation of college studies in damage insurance or a college diploma in financial services and insurance for new graduates who have passed the damage insurance exams, we offer you the opportunity to complete your internship to obtain your property and casualty insurance agent license.
- Hold a valid property and casualty insurance certificate, issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers.
- Mastery of the French language, both oral and written, as well as advanced mastery of the English language, both oral and written, due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients or suppliers, or to meet the company's growth objectives.
- Selected candidates will be required to take and pass an English test to be offered the position.
