About The Position

CAA-Québec is looking for an Agent (e) in registration for its downtown Montreal center to complete its team. This is a regular position with a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You must be available to work Thursday evenings until 8 p.m. to serve customers well. Work with heart in Stéphanie's team: Welcome customers and respond to their requests. Process transactions related to the registration of road vehicles as well as the renewal of driver's licenses and health insurance cards. Participate in the sale and promotion of CAA-Québec products and services. Count the cash and prepare deposits. You give meaning to our mission.

Requirements

High school diploma
Courteous customer service skills
Rigor, versatility and autonomy
Speed of execution and good stress management
Ease of communicating with tact and diplomacy
Ease of working with different computer tools
Bilingualism in English
Candidates must meet the requirements of a background check for criminal records, links with the criminal milieu, and solvency.
