About The Position

Claria is a company, based in downtown Montreal, active in the development and management of real estate projects. We are looking for an experienced Leasing Agent to join the condo rental team for our new 446-unit Gardenia project in Lachine. If you are an expert in sales (a “closer”!) and customer service, then this position is for you! The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential tenants, following up on prospects, negotiating leases, and ensuring that all documents are completed accurately and on time. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be accountable and diligent.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or leasing within the real estate industry is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a rental agent for a new multi-residential building would be an asset
Bilingualism is preferred because we serve both French and English speaking clients.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the leasing process for our residential property.
Identify prospective tenants and convert them into actual tenants.
Promote our property to prospective new tenants
Use our CRM system to efficiently track prospects, streamline the leasing process, and organize prospect information, automating follow-ups, and analyzing conversion metrics.
Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units.
Ensure a presence at the rental office;
Submit the complete files of future tenants (lease, annexes, building regulations, etc.);
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure tenant integration and satisfaction.
Assist in marketing efforts to promote available units effectively and generate leads.
