Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong ability to understand and address the needs of clients and the sales force.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive attitude, strong motivation, and a positive team-oriented mindset.
  • Autonomy, attention to detail, and adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Relevant experience in administration, office support, or a related field.
  • Perfect fluency in French (spoken and written).
  • Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting clients and sales representatives, both in person and over the phone, while delivering professional and courteous service.
  • Ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration with the sales force and the Career Support and Services Centre, and directing requests to the appropriate specialists when required.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the sales force, including activities related to contracting, onboarding, integration, and departures of advisors.
  • Supporting the Agency Director with activity coordination, calendar management, meeting preparation, report compilation, and the implementation of new administrative processes.
  • Contributing positively to agency operations by assisting with facilities management, mail distribution, office supplies management, and documenting processes and procedures related to agency activities.
