Requirements

Excellent customer service skills and strong ability to understand both client and sales force needs
Strong communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
Proactive attitude, strong motivation, and a positive team spirit
Autonomy, rigor, and strong adaptability in a fast-evolving environment
Relevant experience in administration, office support, or a related field
Advanced level of French (spoken and written)
Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients and the sales force, in person or over the phone, providing professional and courteous service
Ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration with the sales force and the Career Support and Services Centre, and redirect requests to the appropriate specialists when required
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales force, particularly during onboarding, integration, and departure of advisors
Assist the Agency Director in organizing activities, managing schedules, preparing meetings, compiling reports, and implementing new administrative processes
Contribute positively to agency life by supporting office management, mail handling, office supplies, and documenting processes and tasks related to agency operations
