Requirements

  • Agency Secretary $21.50 per hour
  • Job Level: Individual Contributor

Responsibilities

  • Performs general clerical and administrative tasks with regard to policy service and office maintenance associated with maintaining continuing services to policyholders and others during periods when local agency is not staffed by Agent.
  • Responds to questions, acts as liaison regarding claims, premiums, coverages and other issues, and maintains all agency records to ensure smooth transition of agents.
