We are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Agent Producers. This role is more than a sales opportunity—it serves as a launchpad toward future agency ownership. Through practical experience, personalized mentorship, and access to the award-winning University of Farmers, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge to thrive as an agent and, when ready, step into ownership of your own Farmers Insurance agency. As an Agent Producer, you'll work under an experienced Farmers Insurance agency owner, learning the core elements of building and managing a successful insurance business. You’ll receive comprehensive training in all facets of sales, client relationships, operations, and leadership to set you up for agency ownership. While helping clients safeguard what matters most—with coverage across Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty lines—you’ll develop expertise, confidence, and grow your own client base, preparing you to eventually run your own agency. This career path begins with training and support, ultimately leading to the opportunity to own and operate a Farmers Insurance agency.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear desire for ownership
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Willingness to obtain (or currently hold) state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
