You’ll help clients safeguard what’s most important—across Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance—while developing the confidence and expertise to expand your own client base and ultimately lead your own agency. This path begins with robust training and mentorship, leading toward an opportunity to own a business under the Farmers Insurance brand. Requirements

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear interest in future ownership
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to obtain (or current possession of) state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
