About The Position

As an Agency Resources Advisor, within the Desjardins Agent Network (DAN), you play a key role in supporting agent office operations. You will support the team responsible for onboarding Agents and Team Members (ATM), ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience by assisting with and monitoring the high volume of IT tickets generated throughout the onboarding process. This role acts as a critical support partner helping to drive business performance, enhancing service delivery, and leading strategic initiatives with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology and IT-enabled solutions. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a sound understanding of the DAN, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to design and implement impactful, data-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives and digital transformation priorities. You will serve as a trusted subject matter expert (SME), supporting both leadership and frontline teams while supporting projects, optimizing systems and processes, and driving continuous improvement through the effective use of technology, data insights, and IT frameworks. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are essential for building and maintaining effective relationships. You will manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives, using influencing skills to drive alignment and achieve desired outcomes. Through collaboration, you will coach, support, and guide team members, contributing to a high-performing team environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and generating actionable insights
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) & SharePoint
  • Intermediate knowledge of business operations and performance metrics
  • Intermediate knowledge of IT service management, SAP and workflows
  • Intermediate knowledge of the DAN operations

Responsibilities

  • Monitor business plans, performance metrics, and key outcomes to assess progress and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
