We're a boutique recruitment firm specializing in manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, HR, finance, sales, and executive recruitment. As our client portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to partner with us on a contract basis, supporting multiple manufacturing and engineering searches. Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Previous experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, operations, or technical positions.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Experience recruiting passive candidates.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating remotely with a small team.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• High attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Nice To Haves

• Agency recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting across Canada and/or the United States.
• Knowledge of manufacturing environments and engineering disciplines.
• Experience recruiting leadership-level positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing and engineering positions across a variety of industries.
• Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates using multiple sourcing strategies.
• Conduct candidate outreach through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Complete phone and virtual interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Assess candidates using behavioural interviewing techniques.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Present qualified candidates with detailed interview summaries.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System.
• Collaborate with our leadership team to develop sourcing strategies for challenging searches.
• Provide market insights, salary trends, and competitive intelligence when appropriate.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
