They operate over 20 digital platforms and a growing international portfolio of flagship events, connecting C-suite leaders, innovators, and decision-makers. BizClik is an AI-powered, data-led scale-up, combining content, communities, live experiences, and commercial partnerships into a high-growth ecosystem. The company is in active growth mode, building new brands, launching new markets, evolving products, and redefining B2B audience engagement globally. This freelance opportunity is for an Agency Partnerships Manager to support the growth of BizClik's North American (New York-led) market. The role can be remote within the US, focusing on building relationships across New York media agencies and supporting US market expansion. The core purpose is to build and convert relationships with media agencies into consistent, scalable revenue streams, embedding BizClik into agency planning and ensuring their platforms, content, and events are considered in campaign strategies. This role emphasizes building long-term, strategic partnerships rather than transactional sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in media agency sales, partnerships or account management
  • Strong network within New York / US media agencies
  • Experience selling integrated media, events or content solutions
  • Commercially driven with a track record of delivering revenue
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, scale-up environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with key media agencies across New York and North America
  • Position BizClik as a trusted partner within agency planning teams
  • Develop relationships across planners, buyers and senior stakeholders
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of agency-led opportunities
  • Identify and convert campaign briefs, RFPs and partnership opportunities
  • Deliver multi-platform solutions across events, editorial, video and thought leadership
  • Secure long-term and repeat partnerships with key agencies
  • Develop preferred partner and annual agreements
  • Collaborate on integrated campaigns aligned to client objectives
  • Maintain visibility of agency pipelines, campaign cycles and brand priorities
  • Identify trends across AI, sustainability, procurement, HR and enterprise tech
  • Feed insights into commercial, events and editorial teams
  • Work closely with global teams to build proposals and deliver campaigns
  • Collaborate with events, editorial, video and commercial teams
  • Support alignment with global hubs across London, Chicago and Singapore
  • Contribute to a 24/7 operating model with continuous opportunity flow
