Requirements
- A driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivation, determination, and coachability.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses (training and support provided).
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer-facing experience (preferred, but not required).
Responsibilities
- Build and grow your own Farmers Insurance agency.
- Generate new business through networking, outreach, and lead follow-up.
- Sell and service a full suite of insurance products: auto, home, business, and life.
- Develop lasting client relationships that strengthen your agency's reputation.
- Participate in award-winning training from the University of Farmers to sharpen your skills.
