About The Position

ServiceMaster of Tacoma is seeking a bright, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our growing Sales Team. The Outside Sales Executive will be a key member of a collaborative team, working together to grow and support our expanding business around Kirkland, WA. This is a full-time, field-based, relationship-driven sales role. The successful candidate will market our restoration services to insurance brokers and agents within an assigned territory, represent the company at networking events, and engage referral sources through social media. Route-based client interactions on a consistent basis are a core part of this position. The successful candidate will report to the office at the start of each day and travel between client locations throughout the week. A company vehicle or mileage reimbursement will be provided.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to enter data into computers or tablets.
  • Desire to be a strong part of a team to help reach daily production goals
  • Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to operate in minimum day-to-day supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales/marketing experience preferred
  • Previous restoration industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with commercial clients including government agencies, schools, medical facilities, property managers, and other referral sources.
  • Actively prospect and develop new commercial accounts within an assigned territory through regular route-based visits, scheduled meetings and networking events.
  • Represent ServiceMaster of Tacoma professionally in all client, partner, and community interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and activity data in CRM systems, computers, or tablets as part of daily workflow.
  • Travel between accounts and offices to support business development efforts.
  • Contribute to a team culture of professionalism, reliability, and positivity — working smarter, not harder.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, brokers, and related referral contacts.
  • Actively market restoration services to insurance professionals within an assigned territory through regular route-based visits.
  • Represent ServiceMaster professionally at networking events, community functions, and industry gatherings.
  • Engage referral sources and build brand presence through social media platforms.
