This position is eligible for a hybrid remote schedule, reporting to our Salem office 4 days per week for the first 2 weeks, and then 1-2 days per week with potential additional days if needed. This limited duration position is open to current State of Oregon employees only and is also available as a job rotation for existing state employees with permission from their current supervisor. The position is expected to last through June 30, 2028. As our Agency Operations & Policy Analyst, you will too. The primary purpose of this position is to provide agency‑wide operational analysis, project coordination, and workflow systems support. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project tracking systems, workflow tools, and administrative processes that enable consistent execution of DSL’s strategic and operational priorities.
