Caring Senior Service is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and results-driven Agency Director to lead its growing home care agency in Richardson, TX, serving the NE Dallas Area. Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership, management, sales, marketing, or operations experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, staffing, or service operations.
  • Experience with community outreach, referral development, or healthcare marketing preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, networking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive business growth.
  • Experience managing caregivers, healthcare staff, or service teams.
  • Self-motivated leader with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for serving seniors and supporting caregivers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to travel throughout the NE Dallas area for client visits, referral partner meetings, and community events.
  • Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the home care agency.
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop office staff and caregivers.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and quality care delivery.
  • Develop and execute local marketing and growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with hospitals, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, case managers, social workers, and community organizations.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners and community stakeholders.
  • Represent Caring Senior Service at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities.
  • Identify opportunities to grow census, increase referrals, and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Track marketing activity, referral sources, and business development performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales initiatives and market expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct client consultations and in-home assessments.
  • Ensure caregivers receive ongoing support, training, and supervision.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and caregiver retention.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
  • Oversee scheduling, billing, payroll, documentation, and collections.
  • Maintain licensing standards and agency records.
  • Monitor operational performance and budgets.
  • Drive profitability while maintaining exceptional care standards.
  • Analyze KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
