About The Position

Expert Insurance, LLC is hiring an Agency Account Manager to service and, in some cases, sell property and casualty insurance products in person and through phone and online channels. The role supports clients with policy changes, insurance reviews, renewals, onboarding, and service-related matters, while also supporting dealership relationships and ensuring compliance with state regulations. The position is based at Expert Insurance in Johnston, Rhode Island. The schedule is Monday through Friday, plus one Saturday per month, with a weekday off to make up for the Saturday.

Requirements

Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction objectives.
A valid Property & Casualty license; a Personal Lines license is a plus.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Independent agency customer service experience in property and casualty insurance preferred.
Spanish-speaking bilingual ability preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Service and, in some cases, sell property and casualty insurance products face to face, by phone, and online.
Process changes to existing auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella, and other policies.
Strengthen and nurture client relationships by providing exceptional customer service experiences.
Conduct quality insurance and post-purchase reviews to support a smooth transition to renewal and seamless onboarding.
Perform daily checks of service-related matters, including billing, retention, endorsements, legal documentation, claims, underwriting, home inspections, and administrative or follow-up tasks.
Support dealership relationships by verifying that accurate evidence of insurance is received.
Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, respect, and a commitment to excellent customer experiences.
Adhere to compliance guidelines and all state regulations.
