The AG SALES SPECIALIST works under the direction of the AG/OTR Sales Manager and is responsible for growing the Ag and OTR tire sales for K&M Tire in a designated region. This role requires extensive knowledge of the product and customers. The specialist will work with and provide training and assistance to dealers, handle tire warranties and adjustments, maintain current customer sales, and develop new business. Continuous learning about current training is essential to ensure customers receive the best sales and service possible. Daily duties include prospecting for new accounts, maintaining current customers, securing new AG/OTR customers for dealers, and assisting in selling slow-moving AG/OTR tire inventory. The role also involves attending AG shows within the K&M Tire sales territory, performing related work in a team atmosphere, presenting a professional appearance, and making it easy and convenient for customers to do business with K&M Tire.
