We’re currently looking for an experienced AG/OTR Sales Manager to grow our Off the Road (OTR) and Agricultural business, a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role leads a high performing sales team to expand business opportunities and increase sales in the AG and OTR markets. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in crafting and executing an innovative, results-driven group sales strategy!

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Agricultural Tire Sales or equipment.
  • 3+ years experience in Off the Road Tire Sales or equipment.
  • Deep understanding of agricultural and off-the-road tire applications, equipment, and customer needs
  • 3 years Management experience
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MaddenCo is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • MSHA certification
  • TIA 200 and 300 certifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales strategy specifically within the AG and OTR tire industry
  • Develop and grow relationships with key agricultural, construction, and industrial accounts
  • Coach and manage a team of sales professionals focused on off road tire solutions
  • Identify market opportunities and drive new business development in AG/OTR sectors
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on AG/OTR tire applications and performance
  • Partner with operations to ensure inventory alignment and service delivery for large-scale tire needs.
  • Order and Maintain tire inventories based on KPI’s
  • Monitor sales performance, margins, and market trends to adjust strategy as needed
  • Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of sales staff
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to deliver accurate information to customers
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations, offering hands-on explanations when necessary
  • Promote and perform fleet inspections on customer job sites
  • Perform other duties as assigned
