About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Ag District Sales Manager. This role will be based in Central Alberta region, from north of Red Deer through Blackfalds, Ponoka, Wetaskiwin, Camrose, and the surrounding areas. This is more than a job; it is a career, and you will be provided with full in-depth training.

Requirements

  • Experience working in sales, marketing, customer service or related field
  • Proactive, energetic and engaging communicator
  • Some farm knowledge
  • Positive attitude and a contagious personality
  • Sense of urgency
  • Proven track record of achieving above average results
  • Willingness to follow a successful sale process
  • Vehicle and a full valid Driver’s License
  • Self-motivation, resilience, goal-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Great communication skills: ability to deliver a clear and persuasive message
  • Build trust and rapport with new potential clients

Responsibilities

  • Grow a territory while servicing our existing clients
