FCCU is looking to hire an Ag/Commercial Loan Officer to oversee our Milnor and Oakes branch areas. As a credit union we are member owned. As an Ag/Commercial Loan Officer, your first priority is to provide excellent customer service to our members. You will build and manage relationships by meeting with existing and prospective members for agricultural and commercial loans. You also service, monitor and review your loan portfolio on a regular and continuing basis, and follow up with members. You feel good about the service that you provide to members and are glad to have your foot in the lending world which offers you so much opportunity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, agriculture, or a related field from an accredited college or university. (or four years relevant work experience in lieu of post-secondary education)
  • Three or more years of experience in commercial and/or agriculture lending.
  • Experience underwriting and structuring business and farm loans.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and cross selling cash management products and services.
  • Ability to analyze cash flow, collateral, and repayment capacity.
  • Experience independently managing a loan and deposit portfolio while generating new business.
