About The Position

Cranfield Academy is hiring an Afterschool Teacher and Bus Driver. The scheduled hours are 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role supports children’s learning, development, safety, and well-being in a positive classroom environment, while working collaboratively with teachers. The position also requires driving a 24-passenger bus. Cranfield Academy Morrisville is part of Endeavor Schools, an education management company with more than 100 schools in 14 states. Endeavor Schools offers schools different educational styles and methods and emphasizes employee success and well-being. The stated pay range is USD $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 21 years of age.
Clear, valid driving record and ability to drive a 24-passenger bus.
At least 1 year of experience working with children.
Must meet state minimum requirements.

Nice To Haves

NC BSAC is strongly preferred.
North Carolina Early Childhood Credential (EDU 119) or equivalent credit hours preferred.
Experience working in schools; the posting notes that school experience is not required and that relevant experience may come from other fields.
